I received an email on February 10th, 2010, letting me know that I was selected as one of the triad’s (including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, and other cities) 40 Leaders Under Forty! Here’s a picture with me and the dean of the business school at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro:

They recognized my work in the community mentoring kids, the success of the My Vote Counts t-shirt line, international exposure of Style Minute amongst other accomplishments. It means a lot to know what I’ve done has captured the attention of members of my community.
