Thanks 2009, You Were Great!
Out with 2009 and in with 2010 - I really think this year is going to be the best yet! Before I get too excited and start daydreaming about what's to come in 2010, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on highlights of 2009: I launched my own online TV show called Style Minute in April (it has since been featured on a talk show that is broadcast in one billion households worldwide - talk about going global!) My wife and I celebrated our 4th year of marriage (she is my best friend!) 2009 saw the opening of my first office (outside of the house) for my clothing company, Apparel & Co. We do everything from custom screen printing, embroidery, and design for well known brands like Wrangler, McDonalds, Adidas, etc. Businesses, schools, events, retailers, and churches also rely on us to make them look good. There are a lot of things that I am inspired and motivated by (e.g. quotes, proverbs, successful people, stories of survivors). My plan is to write about and comment on what resonates with me the most. I enjoy being inspired and plan to be an inspiration to those I come in contact with. Community service is very important to me and I've recently launched my own non-profit, A Care Project; I'll definitely share our projects with you here in this category.
